This is the default Omeka Item Screen. Any image/ audio file you'll want to add to Omeka should be added as an item. The fields you fill out in the "Dublin Core" tab will describe what content is displayed when a user clicks on your image.

This screenshot highlights the Files Tab, where you should upload your image or audio file. Make sure that the "Public" box is selected, and that it's in the right collection.
